Crossgar Meats of Northern Ireland require finished Dexters of either gender to meet an ever increasing demand for quality meat, all of which need to be birth notified or pedigree. Crossgar are a family owned and run company who supply all types products to the hotel and catering trades. Due to heavily promoting Dexter beef over the last few years now require a regular supply of cattle to keep up with demand.
